No Icon after install

Hey, first I want to say 'great job' and thanks.

I installed CalDAV from Playstore on my SGS2 to connect to my oC (6.0.2) and it works just fine. No problems so far. Only two things:

• There is nowhere any Icon on my phone that would let you know that it is installed. You can only see under 'Settings -> Accounts' that there is 'something'
• You need to use the 'iOS/OS X' connect URL ...remote.php/caldav/principals/user_name It would be nice if the 'Primary Address' could be used: ...remote.php/caldav/

Hey,

I think there is no need of an icon... But maybe it world be nice if there are more settings in the account manager...

And for me the 'primary' URL works...
