Deleting appointments should delete them on server

Currently when deleting an appointment it seems to be hidden locally.

It would be preferable if it would be completely deleted also from the CalDAV server.

First of all, great work with the syncAdapter! But same Problem here: when I delete an event (on the device) it is just deleted on the device (Nexus 10) and not on the server (Davical)! Would be very thankful for a fix.
