Added large-v3-q5_0 model to scripts and README

I noticed that most of the scripts were missing the large-v3-q5_0 model and another script had it mislabeled as large-q5_0. In this PR I added the large-v3-q5_0 model to all the conversion and download scripts as well as to the README.md file.
