bPPPF calculation

Hello,

very nice work. Regarding the bPPPF value, the bitrate of a video can vary depending on the images being transmitted. For example, if the video is just a color screen, the bitrate may be very low, but this doesn't necessarily mean that the bPPPF is poor. Perhaps a calculation comparing the expected dimensions and the actual dimensions would be more appropriate?
