Resource binding tests on Metal fail to create pipelines
For some strange reason, all the pipelines created in "dEQP-VK.binding_model.shader_access.primary_cmd_buf.**" fail with "Compiler encountered an internal error". I wasn't able to figure out what exactly it doesn't like, but we definitely need to bring this upstream and find a workaround.
Submitted the bug to Apple...
Do you happen to have a link to the bug report? I believe I am running into this issue when trying to run the quad example on metal.
Unfortunately, Apple bug reports are not publicly available. Our bug reports are listed in https://github.com/gfx-rs/gfx/wiki/Apple-bug-reports . This one looks like 40918896, which was fixed in 10.14
