wrong biss key decodes as correct

Hello. I have a rare situation where a ts file with the wrong biss cw produces a video. It's black with a few pixels changing constantly. The program doesn't report that the key is wrong. I can send you the file and more info if you are interested,which unfortunately i think is not the case.
