Adds a counter, top and filter for http host.

The http host must be the second captured request header.

capture request header X-Forwarded-For len 20 capture request header Host len 30

@vixns sorry I rewrote haproxy_log_analysis and your pull request is no longer mergeable. I'm so sorry to not have replied to you at all within almost 2 years! :bowing_man: would you still be interested in getting these changes merged? I can offer myself to rebase your changes on top of the current master, I can create a new pull request if you are fine with it.
