Flow Addition

Hi, Thanks for the great work. When I was reading the paper and the code, I found the flow refinement is done by a sampling operation rather than addition as described in the paper (section 3.2). Hi, "last_flow" is actually the grid values after the "apply_offset" operation for sampling rather than the offset values of flows.
