Upgrade dependency stack

Coming late to the party, I installed permanent-seeder only today for the first time.

NPM is throwing quite a few deprecated warnings; does it make sense still to address those in a coming update?

We are not working at the moment on this project but we will kindly consider a PR. There are some parts involved since the project is organized as a monorepo so we have to consider that. But if you would like to give it a try that would be great!
