Feature request: Interactive plots

The automatic plots generated are great!

I think making at least some of the plots interactive (e.g. using plotly) so users could quickly identify the outlier samples could be very helpful. It would also be very beneficial for interpreting the PCA plots.

Will look into plotly notebook components when I get a chance. I'm definitely interested in the concept though
