Show Error When Hard Drive is Full

My node kept falling behind and I couldn't tell why. I then realized I had a 500GB SSD and it was basically full. It would be nice to have an error show up for this similar to the low memory error.

Just out of curiosity, where in the project are you getting the signals for low RAM and things like that?
