Some people may be using virtualization platforms such as Promox VE on arm64 devices and need to build a suitable image for them.

Yes. I am facing the same issue. I tried to run UmbrelOS on Parallels and VirtualBox in M1 Mac, but since it is an arm64 device, the os is not getting installed.

It's a bit strange because I remember running the older version of Umbrel on my MacOS as well as a Linux VM in Parallels some months back. It's a huge blocker for devs having only one device to test and run programs on.

Will be searching for a way to install the older version of Umbrel and update here.

Support is needed for aarch64, powerpc64, S/390x, RISC-V, etc ...
