Can't seem to install Unbrel OS on HP Proliant DL380 G7

I keep trying to install this on my HP Proliant server, Using the amd64 installer USB iso file, I've tried the newest and the one before it.

Specs: RAM 140GB 2x CPU Intel Xeon E5645 @ 2.4Ghz

I've tried on a Mac with Balena etcher, on Windows with Rufus and Balena but no luck it doesn't want to boot from the USB. Whilst, it does run Unraid and Ubuntu just fine. I've tried 3 different USB sticks and a SD card but no luck.
