Unable to find option to upgrade storage

There is no option in umbrel os to upgrade storage, I'm using 1 TB drive now I want to upgrade it to 2TB hdd, I installed umbrelos on 128 gb sd card and attached 1tb hdd, it's showing storage of 1tb now How I can upgrade 2 tb hdd, without breaking anything, or How I can backup my whole umbrel ?
