[Feature Request] - sleep control app

Some functions could be included to put applications to sleep, such as defining an application inactivity period, and adding a control for which applications will start by default next to the umbrel

several applications outside of cryptos, I end up not using them constantly, and I end up putting them to sleep manually to free up server resources
