Apps stuck in old verion (LNbits, BTCPay server...)

Hello, how is manage the update of apps in the app store. Two apps I use had an important upate 3.-4 weeks ago before and it's still in an older version in Umbrel app store, Who decide to update apps from the store? Based on what?

I'm especially looking to get BTCPay Server and LNbits upated.
