Add extra options to installation menu

Since Umbrel cannot be installed on the top an Operating System anymore and it is currently necessary to use the USB installer can either make the installation a bit more advanced that would allow it to be installed in a LUKS partition in order to bring enhanced security to the Node specially when running as a a Hot Wallet for Lightning Node or simply bring back the possibility to install it on the top an O.S that could make this process easier ?

It would also be very nice if by default a volume group was created and the partition containing the root filesystem were added to the default volume group.

This would make it significantly easier to expand the storage of the root file system.
