Add Turkish Translation

I completed the translations for the Turkish language.

Hi there @aliyasiny65. Thanks so much for your work. We've an automated GH Action to generate and update translations, and we just included Turkish for our upcoming release. Although we can't accept submissions for the entire locale files for new languages, if you'd like to review the newly added translations and have any suggestions for changes, please feel free to open a PR against it. 🙏

From what I understand, the languages are managed by your team. So, I assume you also revise the translations for new updates, correct?

@mikropsoft That's correct, yes. We add/revise newly added or changed translation keys with the OS updates (that affect any text).
