Make icons offline - don't download them from getumbrel.github.io

Everytime I open Umbrel it loads at least the icons from getumbrel.github.io and it should store them locally.

Only get something from internet when requested. Make it truly offline.

hey, they wont care about such things, look through the issues, a lots of tracking bullshit that is not need, and could be solved differentlym but they dont remove it
