Please include new apps like seafile https://www.seafile.com/en/home/. also if possible include database like postgres or others

I can't speak to having certain apps curated but there is this https://github.com/getumbrel/umbrel-community-app-store It looks fairly easy, if you know how to write a docker compose file, to create and host your own app store.
