Suggest Pi Imager instead of Balena Etcher

Balena Etcher just didn't work out of the box for my MacOS Catalina. No errors, just a non-responsive electron app after starting the write process... possibly a problem with not asking for device permissions, but I don't know.

Raspberry Pi Imager (source) seems like the more obvious choice?
