Option to use full balance from onchain to open channel

Can we have an option when opening a channel with ALL the balance available, including the fee? I always remain with dust in onchain wallet and that is really bad for future txs. Make a simple box to tick that says "use all balance and deduct fee from it". This will be REALLY helpful!
