Add helper text

Add helper text to stuff like "local balance", "commit fee", etc explaining what it means in simple language.

Awesome! Thanks, @PeterXMR. You can add the circular "i" icon (the info icon) after complicated terms, which when hovered shows the helper text.

We also use it on the last step of onboarding:

Labels on channel details would be a good starting point to have some helper text:
