"Done" tasks can be "undismissed" when the email plugin is enabled

When there is a task under Closed view with a status done:

  1. When opening the task window, it has both Dismiss and Undismiss items in menu
  2. When clicking Undismiss it turns to a dismiss state and stays under Closed view

UPDATE: This happens only with email plugin enabled.
