Uninstall doesn't quit the app

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install Station.
2. Run Station.
3. Uninstall Station via "Add or remove programs"
4. Station doesn't close itself or offer to close itself.

Expected behavior

1. The Station uninstaller asks to close the program and offers an option to terminate its process forcibly before uninstalling.
