Add support for Visual Studio with GitHub Integration

Using the URL (https://vscode.dev/), I have the option to login via Github. If I am doing it in Chrome for example, another tab opens where I log in to Github and then I authorise and everything works well.

When I add a custom app in Station using the link (https://vscode.dev/), Github opens in my browser, I authenticate but then inside Station it keeps on checking for authentication and eventually fails. This happens even if I am logged in on Github from within Station.

It is as if the fact that I am logged in on Github, is not recognised... like Google accounts for example
