Outlook stuck on "you've signed out of your account"

Open Davvos11 opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

  • Application version: 2.6.0
  • OS: Manjaro Linux

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Add an Outlook app instance
  2. Log in to an account that automatically signs you out after some inactivity (for example my University email does this)
  3. Close Station until the sign-in timeout is expired (this happens for example when you shut down your pc overnight)
  4. Open Station again, you will now see the screenshot below The location of this page is: https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/logout?post_logout_redirect_uri=https%3a%2f%2foutlook.office.com%2fmail%2fABTSignout.html%3fsignInUrl%3dhttps%253a%252f%252foutlook.office.com%252f%253flogin_hint%253[username]%2540[domain] (username and domain removed for privacy)
  5. If you had not closed Station at step 3 but simply waited for the timeout (while Station was in the background) it is possible to sign in again by right-click -> Back. However, this is not possible after a restart.
  6. The only way to sign in again is to go to right-click -> Reset current application However, this will move the Outlook app to the bottom of the list, and will also not remember my email address.

To test this without having to wait for a timeout, you can also just click the "Sign Out" button in Outlook, it will take you to the same location.
