Extension tab keep on loading in mac ventura

I am experiencing an issue with the Extension tab in Mac Ventura, as it keeps on loading indefinitely. This issue prevents me from accessing and managing extensions in Mac Ventura.
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch station. Click on the “Extensions” tab in the application. Observe that the tab keeps on loading and does not display any content.
Expected Behavior:
The Extension tab should load successfully, displaying the available extensions and allowing me to manage them.
Actual Behavior:
The Extension tab continues to load indefinitely, preventing me from accessing and managing extensions.
