test: `make test` does not unset `SOPS_AGE_SSH_PRIVATE_KEY_FILE`

When running make test, I noticed that it was automatically unsetting SOPS_AGE_KEY_FILE and SOPS_AGE_KEY_COMMAND; however, many of the tests were failing, as it was attempting to access my SOPS_AGE_SSH_PRIVATE_KEY_FILE, which it does not have permission to access. Manually unsetting SOPS_AGE_SSH_PRIVATE_KEY_FILE resolves the issue.
