Replace `bridge-utils` by `iproute2`

As mentioned in #951, the homepage of the bridge-utils package states:

Note: the bridge-utils package is DEPRECATED, instead use the bridge command from iproute2 package.

Let's deprecate bridge-utils and make the iproute2 package replace it!
