Are we allowed to redistribute it?

Yes, with permission from Obsidian (Arch got it)

Who and how many users do you anticipate will use this software?

People who enjoy a powerful piece of productivity software

According to their discord it seems to be fine to redistribute the built package since they do it on AUR and a community maintained flatpak. Please correct me if this is wrong, i'm pretty new to this and would really like to contribute to solus
