I did a clean install and still Adwaita has some issues: {F9565260} Meld or Hardware Drivers Icons point to default one. Additionally Software Center icon looks like points to symbolic-icon? Here how software center looked before update: {F9565271}

When I look for Meld in software center icon appears: {F9565288}

Unfortunately Software Center and Hardware Drivers icon for Adwaita theme looks like this:

compared to how did it looked iso 4.3

Others are ok.
