Plasma ISO Requires creation of a kwallet key file before connecting to a network

Summary

The plasma ISO requires the creation of a kwallet key file when you attempt to connect to a WiFi network. Other distros don't. This is fairly confusing behavior for a new user.

Steps to reproduce

1. Boot the Plasma ISO.
2. Connect to a WiFi network using a password.

Expected result

The system establishes a WiFi connection with no further intervention (assuming the password is correct).

Actual result

The kwallet wizard pops up with no explanation, requiring the user to set up a wallet. If this wizard is cancelled, the system is then unable to connect to a WiFi network. This is very confusing if you don't know what you're looking at.
