Issue Archiving: Set multiple “until” conditions at once

Problem Statement

Currently, you can only set one condition at a time.

Solution Brainstorm

Being able to choose multiple can allow you to set "Archive For 1 day OR until it happens 100 more times."

This would work its best if you could specify AND / OR across the multiple conditions as well.

Added to the issue workflow team's backlog as a feature request, this is not something I expect them to be able to revisit soon however.
