@asottile-sentry is there something else required in order to actually make a label? "Explore - Logs" is already in product-owners, but there's no existing label corresponding to it.
@chadwhitacre - looks like this was originally an ospo project...any guidance here? I'm concerned that the dry-run for the bot also seems to want to delete a ton of labels, most of which seem to be synced from Linear.
