Metrics:

• Keep alive, but read-only for 90 days
• Remove from menu, just accessible via direct link

Alerts:

• Delete all alerts using custom metrics
• Show banner on alerts page after we remove DDM (for beta orgs)

Dashboards:

• Delete all widgets using custom metrics
• Show banner on dashboards page after we remove DDM (for beta orgs)

Beta access:

• extend beta deadline on demand for orgs who ask (should keep the same functionality)
