Allow searching by geo location.

Problem Statement

As it stands right now, the Discover gets slowed down when trying to get data on geo location for performance events. Sentry is able to have similar functionality for errors. But due to the breadth of info in transactions that is much harder for Performance. This is requesting the ability to surface data for things like geo.city in a more advantageous way.

There are infra implications for adding this to search - We will discuss this internally but we don't anticipate doing this in the next couple of months
