Include link to usage information in usage update email

Problem Statement

I received an email with the subject "Performance Units quota 80% depleted". That is really helpful to know in advance that I am approaching the quota. My first question is, "which project of mine is causing this?" It took me quite a few clicks to find https://{tenant}.sentry.io/stats/?dataCategory=transactions&project={project}&statsPeriod=30d which has a table of the usage on it.
