Slack integration - get a slack notification when a team is being assigned to an issue

What are you trying to accomplish?

I want to get a message to a specified channel when a specific team gets assigned to an issue.

How are you getting stuck?

I tried doing it in two different ways -

1. Creating an alert, but there's no option to make issue assignment as the trigger of the alert
2. Linking a team to a slack channel (using sentry link team, but I get no messages when assigning the team with an issue

Hi, our project needs this feature — is there any update on its development ?

Currently, when a task is assigned to a team, I receive a notification in my personal Slack / Sentry Integration chat, but not in the team’s Slack channel that’s linked via the sentry link team.

Here’s what we need:

• A message should be sent to a specified Slack channel whenever a team is assigned to an issue.
• If an issue is re-assigned to a different team, the new team should receive a notification in its linked Slack channel via the sentry link team.
