User Feedback: We need a way to tag or leave a note on queries.

Followed up with the user via email. They're looking for the same kind of workflow as issues. If someone on the team is investigating a slow or problematic query, it would be helpful to leave comments, indicate who it's assigned to, whether someone is actively working on it, to tag queries that are worth investigating, etc.

As an aside, this ties nicely into the idea of "Query Owners" which is probably possible now that we have Query Sources as a feature.
