Replay Details: consistent hover states and row background for Network, Console, DOM Events tabs and Breadcrumbs

This ticket includes:

• Hover states: Light purple row background on hover on Network, Console, and DOM Events tabs and Breadcrumbs. This does not change when the existing row background is red from an error, or yellow from a warning message for example.
• Red row background on errors in Breadcrumbs
• Add flame icon to errors in Console
• Additional padding between rows as depicted in the Figma below.
• Update breadcrumb icons and colors in all places (Breadcrumbs, Timeline, etc.)
