Slack Notifications are not working

What are you trying to accomplish?
suddenly my slack notifications stopped to work while test notifications are working fine
How are you getting stuck?
due to slack notifications, we are not able to trace issue timely

Hello, are you able to contact support about this problem? When you do that through the app they'll have information about your organization and can use that to help debug what might be going on - on GitHub we have none of that insight. I can confirm the Slack integration is working as expected.
