Package path resolution in Unity Cloud Build

The SDK tries to upload debug files from its own package path. This fails in Unity Cloud Builds with:

[warning] [2023-03-13T11:49:53Z - Unity] Sentry: (Warning) Couldn't find 'BUILD_PATH/p\lm_client\Packages\io.sentry.unity\Plugins\Windows\Sentry\sentry.pdb' - debug symbol upload will be incomplete
