Add React native as Runtime (name and version)

The SDK should include runtime and version.

For example, Unity:

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you label it Status: Backlog or Status: In Progress, I will leave it alone ... forever!

@krystofwoldrich Maybe you can close this one then and add a note on https://github.com/getsentry/team-mobile/issues/54 Since they are sort of a dupe for RN at least, unless you can tackle this one first in an easier way.
