Problem Statement

A lot of our tools are pinned because we still need them to support old Python versions. We can update again after https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-python/pull/2581.

Solution Brainstorm

• see what dependencies we've pinned in the various requirements.txt files and try removing them
• also check the dependabot config
