Integration for ktor server

Description

This issue shall serve to gauge interest in a dedicated Sentry ktor server integration. Please do upvote if this is something you'd like to see.

Note that we already support ktor client for JVM and Android. Additionally, ktor server is supported by OpenTelemetry and can therefore be auto-instrumented using our OpenTelemetry integration.

Therefore, this issue refers to a exclusively to a possible integration for ktor server in setups without OpenTelemetry.
