Add Sentry Logs support to Log4Net

Problem Statement

The Log4Net adapter is the one common logging provider that hasn't yet gotten support for Sentry Logs. I don't believe that Log4Net has support for message-templates though AFAIK, so that doesn't have to be part of the ACs.

Thanks @ericsampson - we do plan to integrate with Log4Net... we haven't yet gone GA with the other two integrations and have been a bit busy getting version 6 ready, but we'll get there!

Sounds great!

I mostly wanted to just capture this to have the request recorded for planning purposes :)

We might end up migrating to pure MEL or Serilog.

With Serilog already integrated, and Log4Net covered here, we may follow-up with NLog to round things off.
