feat(app-start): Add section for eligible span ops

List span ops that are shown in the table. We only collect metrics off of specific ones for starfish. They are the same as the screen loads module along with newly added spans for iOS and Android for app starts

I can only link to the span ops documentation for iOS because Android doesn't currently have a spot to reference this information in docs.
