Description

We should elevate and move Distributed Tracing up to be a top-level category and just call it Tracing.

The reason for this is, Tracing is an integral part of debugging any issues in Sentry, we shouldn't hide it and make it front and center. Also we should drop "Distributed" it doesn't add a lot of value calling it Distributed Tracing.
