[grouping] Improvements to docs on issue details page grouping info section

A few issues to address with these docs:

• We mention the grouping info panel at the bottom of the issue details page in docs about the issue details page:

  • https://docs.sentry.io/product/issues/issue-details/#issue-categories--page-details
  • https://docs.sentry.io/product/issues/issue-details/error-issues/#event-grouping-information
  • https://docs.sentry.io/product/issues/issue-details/performance-issues/#event-grouping-information

  But we don't mention it anywhere in the grouping docs:

  • https://docs.sentry.io/product/issues/grouping-and-fingerprints/
  • https://docs.sentry.io/product/data-management-settings/event-grouping/

• We explain briefly what it's about but don't go into any detail about how to interpret what you find there.

• It probably would be good to have a screenshot.
